Teacher Grant Application Instructions
Grant applications may be submitted for instructional materials, equipment, training or other items that enhance the overall academic or social experience of Westbriar Elementary School students. For the 2018-2019 academic year, grant applications will no longer be approved on a rolling basis. Rather, the panel will review grant applications twice next year. Timelines are posted in the chart below. In addition, there is no longer a cap of $250 per application. Please note that the PTA has increased the grant budget to $20,000 for this academic year and reserves the right to approve any amount of the $20,000 at the first round of applications or defer the entire amount to the second round of applications. The ownership of anything purchased using grant funds will be retained by Westbriar Elementary School. Tangible items may not be removed from school property without written consent from the PTA Executive Board.

2. If approved, make the purchase and save all receipts.
3. Submit the receipts along with the reimbursement form found here to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the PTA mailbox in accordance with the posted deadline.
