2025 Westbriar Spelling Bee

The Westbriar School Spelling Bee will be held on Thursday, February  20, 2025 at 6pm in the Westbriar Gym and is open to all students in Grades 2 through 6. 

A $20 registration fee is required to participate.

The winner will represent Westbriar in the Fairfax County Spelling Bee on Sunday, March 23, 2025 @ 2:00pm - 6:00pm at Lack Braddock Secondary School, Burke, VA.

Terms of Registration:  I agree to the terms of registration. I will not post or distribute the registration materials after receiving them. Registered participants are not required to compete in the spelling bee, but registrations cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred. I agree to honor the rules of the spelling bee.

Waiver Policy: 

(PTA waiver) By signing up for this (the "Activity") sponsored by the Westbriar Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association (the "PTA"), I hereby confirm as follows:

- I understand my child's participation in the Activity is completely voluntary.

- I understand that the PTA cannot guarantee that injury will not occur in the course of my child's participation in the Activity.

- I assume all risks resulting from his/her participation in the Activity.

- I hereby waive, and will hold harmless the PTA, their officers, agents, and any affiliated persons, entities and associations from, any and all liability, causes of action, claims and demands which may arise in connection with or resulting from my child's participation in the Activity.
