2024-2025 Teacher Grant Application Instructions
The PTA is currently planning on a $5,000 budget for teacher grants for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The grant application for the Spring 2025 window is open 2/3/25 - 2/28/25
Several Notes about the Grants:
- The budget is for the year and a specific amount is not allocated to each grant period. Therefore, if all of the grant funds are awarded within the first grant period no additional grants will be approved during the second grant period.
- Receipt of the grant funds is not guaranteed. Please do not incur expenses without being notified that your grant has being approved.
- The ownership of anything purchased using grant funds will be retained by Westbriar Elementary School. Tangible items may not be removed from school property without written consent from the PTA Executive Board.
- Applications may be submitted for instructional materials, equipment, training or other items that enhance the overall academic or social experience of Westbriar Elementary School students.
The Application Process:
1. Complete the online grant application form found here
2. If approved, place order with Danielle in the front office to avoid sales tax. If you are unable to place the order through the school, please email Kristina at wesptaprez@gmail.com to discuss the reimbursement process.
